Welcome to the Bexar County 300th Anniversary Digital Archives submission page.
In celebration of San Antonio’s 300th anniversary, BiblioTech and Bexar County invite local residents to submit photos, documents, oral histories, videos and other digital ephemera to commemorate the area’s storied history and cultural heritage, recognize progress and prepare for a bright future. In collaboration with city managers and librarians, the contributions will be curated into collections that share our history with people all over the world. See info below for guidance on what to submit and how to be part of this amazing project.

Submitting Your Work

The submission process is free, and only takes about 10 minutes. You are welcome to submit as many pieces of digital content as you would like. Before you submit, please make sure that your content is:

  • Reflective of the Tricentennial’s mission to discover San Antonio’s cultural heritage, commemorate its history, recognize its progress and collaborate on its bright future.
  • An original work to which you own the rights.

What Digital Content Can I Submit?

We encourage a diverse range of submissions that reflects and celebrates San Antonio and its surrounding areas. Suggested content includes photos from the early days of the city, recorded interviews or oral histories, cookbooks, old newspaper articles or poems, maps, diaries — and that’s just the start!
